Everybody is doing AI. Most of them are doing a demo.

SimplyLean AI helps businesses and nonprofits figure out where AI actually saves time, builds the tools to do it, and teaches the team to use them. No forty-page strategy. No sparkle icons.

Before: nine steps, three tools, and one person copying between them. After: four steps, one tool, and your Tuesday back.
Sound familiar

You're not behind. The goalposts are on wheels.

Every week there's a new tool, a new model, and a new guy on LinkedIn who automated his whole business over a weekend. Meanwhile, you have payroll on Friday.

An accountant leaning back from a desk piled with paper folders

You tried ChatGPT.

It wrote a lovely poem about your Q3. The invoices are still late.

A bakery owner squinting at a laptop beside trays of bread

Somebody on your team uses six AI tools.

Nobody knows which ones, what they cost, or where the customer data went.

A business owner at a worktable reading a quote on her laptop

You got quoted $60,000 for an AI transformation.

You have nine employees. One of them is your cousin.

What we do

Find the time sink. Fix it. Teach it. Repeat.

Three things, in the order most people need them. The first one is cheap on purpose.

See every service
How it works

Boring on purpose. The exciting part is the Tuesday you get back.

  1. 1

    Audit

We watch how the work actually gets done. Not the org chart, the inbox.

  2. 2

    Plan

A short list, in order, with a price on each line. You pick.

  3. 3

    Build

We set it up, connect it to what you already pay for, and test it with your real mess.

  4. 4

    Train

Your team learns it in an afternoon. Then we stick around until nobody needs us.

The AI audit

Start with the $495 audit. It's the cheapest way to find out what you actually need.

Two weeks. We look at how the work really gets done, then tell you plainly where AI helps, where it doesn't, and what it would cost. If the honest answer is that you don't need us, we'll say so and you're out a few hundred dollars instead of sixty thousand.

Who we work with

People with a real business and no time for a pilot program.

We've done this inside a multi-million-dollar nonprofit, for a booking startup we built ourselves, and for owners who run everything from their phone.

A warehouse manager holding a tablet between shelving racks

Small and mid-size businesses

Distribution, trades, services, retail. Anyone who runs on email and a spreadsheet named FINAL_v7.

Two nonprofit staff reviewing a chart on a monitor

Nonprofits

Where we started. Donor data, grant reports, and a team that does three jobs each.

A dental practice owner laughing with her receptionist at the front desk

Professional practices

Clinics, firms, and agencies drowning in intake forms and follow-ups.

A team at a whiteboard crossing out steps in a process flow

Teams that were just told to do something with AI

Usually by someone who won't be in the meeting.

Questions people ask before they email

And a few they ask after.

Do we have to buy new software?

Usually not. Most of what we build sits on top of the tools you already pay for. If a thirty-dollar-a-month tool solves it, we'll tell you the name and let you go.

Is our data going to end up training some model?

No. We use business-tier AI services with data-retention turned off, and we put that in writing. Anything sensitive stays where it already lives.

We're a nonprofit. Is this for us?

It's where we started. Haris leads AI implementation and marketing for a multi-million-dollar humanitarian nonprofit, so we know what a grant report at 11 p.m. feels like.

What if our team hates it?

Then we built the wrong thing. Training is part of every project, and we design for the least patient person in the room, not the most technical one.

Put AI to work. Keep your Tuesday.

Start with the audit, or just tell us what's eating your week.

Replies come from a human, usually within a business day.
